All prices include VAT plus EUR 2,80 per night and person for
tourism tax (children under 14 years are excluded from tourism
tax) and final cleaning. Final cleaning from EUR 40,--/2 persons (studio apartments), from EUR 45,--/2 persons
(>50m²) or from EUR 50,--/2 persons (>70m²) for .
For quick getaways up to 3 nights we calculate a fee of EUR 5,--
per night and apartment.
Cancellation:
Sounds annoying and is annoying. For everyone! It's a pity, when
rooms are free, although others would like to come. Please inform
us in time! Reclaimed days are not calculated, only the pure cancellation
days.

Up to 30 days prior to the booking date:
we charge 40% of the booked period.

Less than 30 days prior to the booking date:
we charge 70% of the booked period.
- Within last 7 days prior to the booking date: we charge the
total amount of the booked period (excluding final cleaning and
spa/tourism taxes).
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
For € 3,-- per person and booked day you
can take out cancellation insurance with us.
Travel cancellation insurance:
The insurance must be booked parallel with your reservation and
will be charged together with your deposit.
For EUR 3,-- per person and booked day the cancellation costs
of our house are covered. Valid in the case of accident, illness
or death of the insured person, their children, parents or grandparents until the day of arrival.
Should you not be able to set forth your vacation, you have only
to pay th fee of € 3,-- per person per day. Pleas note, we
need a medical certificate.
Pets:
We ask for your understanding that we cannot allow pets out of
consideration for other guests.
